The goal of this project is to create tools for web developers to check their videos and animated content against known triggers for epilepsy, such as certain frequencies of flashing content. It will build off of the existing Trace Center Photosensitive Epilepsy Analysis Tool (PEAT) in order to simplify the process of checking content for epilepsy triggers. Initial web service implementations will allow developers to send videos to a remote server and receive a report on its epilepsy risks. Eventual implementations are planned to allow web developers to build epilepsy checks into their outgoing streaming videos. This project is closely related to the Seizure Risk Detector project.
